Marking Leads as won or lost

You can easily mark the leads as won or lost.

Marking lead as won or lost means that you can get success or not success to crack the lead.

To mark lead as a won or lost, click on the lead from the milestones.

In the top click on Status for marking lead as won or lost.

You can select status of won or lost of the lead in drop down. You can also select the reason of won or lost lead in drop down or write other any reason in text field. Then click on Change Status button.
